We have set up 90%+ of the AT&T DSP accounts since the launch of the DSP program and work hard to make sure you are getting the best device and rate plan pricing available as changes are made.

If you are buying Cat® devices, the original and first Amazon-recommended manufacturer of rugged devices, you pay $150 for the (S42) device and AT&T provides a bill credit of $150, effectively making the device free. Compare our prices with any other source on the web. AT&T® has a special, subsidized rate just for DSPs and only offered through Longboat. If you are buying an AT&T stocked device, you will get special device pricing in addition to the $150 bill credit. Bill credits show up after one to two bill cycles.

Plans start at $15 / month for Unlimited Smartphone Plans. We will walk you through options, covering any personal iPhone, hotspot, tablet and complimentary next day replacement service, if desired.

Currently, rental devices are brand new CAT® S42 devices. We know that peak season only lasts three months, so we offer a four month rental for $75. All rental devices have Flex and Mentor pre-installed at your option. At the close of the rental period, just send them back in the same box you received them with the questionnaire filled out, telling us if you wish to cancel or suspend the unneeded lines of service. You can also opt to pay for the balance of the device cost ($75) if you wish to keep them at the end of the rental period.

CAT S42: You can return the CAT S42 for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The device condition must be ‘good as new’ and with all original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Devices deemed to be in used condition will either be refunded for $75 or sent back to you at your option.

AT&T Service: All CAT S42 activations are month-to-month, so you can cancel service without penalty after 100 days of service. If you cancel before 100 days of service, you may not receive the full benefit of the $150 bill credit and you will be charged $99.99 to your card for the subsidized price of the CAT ($150 vs. regular price of $249.99).

The S42 includes a standard 2-year warranty. The standard warranty covers any defects or failure of the internal hardware. The S42 H+ includes a standard 1-year warranty. We are currently shipping the 2-Year warranty variant of the S42 (10/17/2022). If you are not certain what your warranty coverage is, please ask at amazondsp@cellhelpdesk.com.
