Return device and cancel lines with no termination fees / obligations.
Keep it – pay $49.99 and the CAT S42 is yours
Return device and suspend lines at $0/month for use at a later date. This gives you the flexibility to just ‘turn on the service’ when your routes expand without needing a new SIM. At that time, you can either rent another device or buy one, depending on prevailing promotions.
NON-RETURNS OF DEVICE RENTALS
If a rental device is not returned by March 15th following Peak Season, Longboat Mobility will charge $99.99 to the payment method on file and the device will be deemed ‘sold.’ A notice will go out two weeks prior to the rental period end to provide the IMEIs of the rental devices along with return instructions. The IMEI of the rental device must match the IMEI of the returned device.
RETURNING YOUR DEVICES
When you receive your rentals, please keep all empty S42 boxes in the same box you received your CATs. These can be used to put the phones into at the end of the rental. Simply seal up the box and apply the return label we’ll send you via email. Just email AmazonDSP@Cellhelpdesk.com when you are ready to send them back and we will email a UPS return label you can print out!
AT&T® SERVICE PLAN
The service plan for the 4-month rental will be the Unlimited Data plan from AT&T, billed at $15 per month. This plan can be changed after the rental period. If you think you will want to keep them long-term, you can use the $25 plan and receive a $150 activation credit. If you prefer this option, please let us know at time of order. Otherwise, rentals will be activated with the $15 Unlimited plan.
CONDITION OF DEVICES
You are responsible for any damage beyond regular wear and tear during the rental period. Any device returned with damage that renders the device unusable (such as shattered screen or damaged charging port, for example), will be charged the remaining cost of the device at the promotional rate. This amounts to $49.99 in addition to the rental fee you already paid. This is also true for any devices that are lost / stolen.
